BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGER

We have an immediate opening for a qualified Branch Operations Manager in our Omaha, Nebraska branch. This branch serves a very large industrial and construction market and needs a strong team player to help achieve its aggressive growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
Manage assets and operations of a large, growing branch; $8+ million
Human Resources - Assist with training and development of branch personnel
Maintain local branch facility, equipment and security
Implement and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, including SOX and audit requirements
Customer order fulfillment - Maintain error free, on time customer deliveries from order quoting and entry, through shipping/receiving/delivery
Approve and process expense invoices
Resolve supplier invoice discrepancies and customer claims
Customer billings and receivables
Qualify new customers and establish credit accounts
Support Region/District initiatives including Inventory Control/LEAN process improvements and expense control

Requirements:
Competency with WESNET and related applications
Skilled on PC and Excel/Word/Outlook
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Can-do personality:  Demonstrate teamwork, leadership and flexibility
Proven supervisory success in high workload environment
Customer empathy is a must
