Bilingual -Apartment Property Manager

MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH!

The Property Manager will be responsible for all operations of the apartment community with the primary objectives of increasing the net operating income of the community, maintaining the physical asset, providing for a quality living environment for residents and establishing a positive, productive working relationship with the community/property staff.

 

He/She will attract residents; establish residency; maintain physical operations; maintain financial status; identify current and future community requirements; resolve resident dissatisfactions; secure community complex; prepare community operations reports; update job knowledge and  the enhance community reputation.

 

Qualifications:

?  3+ years of residential property management experience

?  Experience with implementing effective marketing/sales and retention programs

?  Experience with hiring and developing a staff

?  Vendor Management

?  Experience with Resident Relations

?  Budget Administration

?  Experience w/ financial reporting

?  Ability to work possible overtime and weekends

?  Must be Bilingual

?  CAM preferred
