? Managing and supervising the day-to-day collection activities of 15-25 non-exempt employees. 

? Ensuring that collection procedures are carried out according to established policies and legal requirements. 

? Providing advice and direction to staff on collection efforts, disputes, and complaints. 

? Ensures area is adequately staffed on a day to day basis and that all personnel is trained. 

? Reviews and approves requests for extensions and modifications on qualified accounts conforming with policy. 

? Exercises managerial authority concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, terminations, etc.

Ideal candidate will have call center management experience; a minimum of 2-3 years. Demonstrated ability to manage thru ambiguity, motivate teams to success, prior experience with interviewing/hiring.  Bachelors or higher pref'd.
