CITI CARDS OF TUCSON, AZ IS SEEKING DYNAMIC, HIGH ENERGY, INNOVATIVE, PROFESSIONAL MANAGERS WITH STRONG LEADERSHIP, PEOPLE, TIME MANAGEMENT, PC, AND COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS TO JOIN OUR GROWING COLLECTIONS TEAM.  OUR UNIT MANGERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

? Managing and supervising the day-to-day collection activities of 15-25 non-exempt employees. 

? Ensuring that collection procedures are carried out according to established policies and legal requirements. 

? Providing advice and direction to staff on collection efforts, disputes, and complaints. 

? Ensures area is adequately staffed on a day to day basis and that all personnel is trained. 

? Reviews and approves requests for extensions and modifications on qualified accounts conforming with policy. 

? Exercises managerial authority concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, terminations, etc.

MUST BE SPANISH /ENGLISH BILINGUAL.

 

Ideal candidate will have prior call center management experience; a minimum of 2-3 years. Demonstrated ability to manage thru ambiguity, motivate teams to success, prior experience with interviewing/hiring.  Bachelors or higher pref'd.
