Business Controls Professional

Lead projects within Accounting and Finance departments in order to identify and implement process improvements and cost saving strategies both within the department and Manpower. This includes a continual review and evaluation of information flows and transaction processes. Primary responsibility for first two years will be to facilitate Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, including operational NA. Also help to manage the Sarbanes-Oxley program for International Accounting, Corporate Treasury, and Corporate Tax.

Facilitate the Sarbanes Oxley project
Ensure documentation updates by the business owners
Coordinate and perform testing with external consultants
Assist in the monitoring of remediation plans
Participate in status updates with upper management.
Continually review and evaluate information flows and transaction processes.

Minimum of 3-5 years public accounting or equivalent work experience
BS - Accounting and CPA is a big plus
Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to think outside the box, ability to independently identify and resolve complex problems
