C-TPAT Manager

Duties of Position: •Stay up to date and aware of evolving C-TPAT Requirements

?Coordinate C-TPAT security requirements and interests with Corporate Security.

?Manage the development and implementation of global security policy, standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security and compliance with C-TPAT.

?Manage an audit program to ensure operational compliance with C-TPAT.

?Develop and coordinate C-TPAT required Training programs

?Develop C-TPAT compliant internal requirements and programs regarding external service providers including:  Material Suppliers, Transportation providers, Hub providers, and International Trade Brokers.

?Coordinate and administer CBP and other audits involving regulatory agencies.

?Develop and report corporate supply chain security metrics

 

Qualifications:

-Bachelor degree, Master's is plus

-Must pay attention to detials

-Must be  articulate and persuasive leader who can serve as an effective member of the senior management team and who is able to communicate security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.

-Must have strong working knowledge of a wide range of security interests including: loss prevention, physical security, access security, auditing, transportation and supply chain security.

-Must have a solid understanding of supply chain security and the deployment of security policy across tiered partners.

-Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
