Cool Kids Learn, Inc., a fast-paced, progressive nonprofit organization and a leader in supplemental educational services, seeks an SES Systems Coordinator based in Miami, FL to manage our program delivery systems in the Southeastern United States.

We are looking for a dynamic leader to implement and support online and off-line systems connecting the Head Office, Regional Offices and Field Staff. The Systems Coordinator will drive new initiatives and ensure that operational roll-outs are well-planned and well-executed.

The successful candidate will work with the development of operational technologies in a dynamic educational environment and will be responsible for driving adoption of operational processes throughout the organization.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Responsibility for all supply-side operations logistics, including tutor recruitment and evaluation systems, training processes and procedures, inventory and materials managementImplement and manage online systems for tutor recruitment, assignments, communication and supportDevelop and manage student data tracking systems to monitor student attendance and progressEnsure that systems are in place to provide our field staff with all the information and resources they need before they need it Accountability for bottom-line performance with regard to operational and training costs for programsGenerally doing whatever is needed to maximize the quality and efficiency of the program operations process and to ensure the delivery of the highest quality service possible to students, parents and school district partnersEnsure the availability of appropriate training tools for new technology roll-outs and on-going training initiativesWork with the Head office and Field offices to push hard for process improvements and best practice sharingCreate and coordinate the efforts for sharing best practices across the company with an eye toward process improvement and budget maintenance.Being a dedicated member of the office who contributes to an environment of open, positive communication and support for students and staff

REQUIREMENTS:

 A Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Technology or related field Minimum 3 years business management and/or consulting experience. Business process analysis, mapping, and design experience preferred. Technology training experience in a non-technical environment. Experience or an interest in K-12 educationAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) and other vendor software packages are essential. Must have strong analytical and software support skills, some technical writing experience preferred.Strong communications skills necessary with superior presentation skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills required. Professionalism, confidentiality, initiative and sound judgment are essential. Must be flexible team player with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.The ability to work well either independently or as part of a group The ability to manage details The ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively interact with all levels within the organization
