SummaryThis position oversees call center operations for Candidate Care. Position is responsible for the management of personnel within this group including all quality, performance planning and oversight, hiring and corrective action. Position also responsible for ensuring successful operations through identification, implementation, and oversight of operational processes and problem resolution of issues.Description-Manage day to day activities of Candidate Care group

Qualifications-Must have supervisory experience
Proven leadership abilities
-Must be an employee in good standing
-Must have six months or more experience with Thomson Prometric
