Center Manager - Palo Alto

Description:
Our Palo Alto Center currently has an opening for a Center Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 1 - 2 years of management experience.


The center manager will be responsible for:
o Hiring, training and supervision of center staff.
o Hiring, training and supervision of teachers.
o Development and implementation of local advertising and promotional programs.
o Facility maintenance.
o Bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including payroll, accounts receivable, and enrollment management.
o Hands-on service delivery.

Requirements:
o Bachelors Degree
o Leadership, entrepreneurial and team motivation abilities
o Problem solving, decision making and management skills
o Marketing, customer service and sales abilities
o Organizational and planning skills with the ability to handle numerous details
o Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
o Ability to work independently
o High energy level and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
