Change Agent ? Contract Manufacturing

1.Develop and/or provide input to process maps for key contract manufacturers, documenting current interactions and data flow with all QTG functions impacted by the Project One-Up implementation.

2.Ensure that the solutions designed by the Project One-Up team address all relevant needs identified in the current state process map.

3. Work in conjunction with the Finance Change Agent for Contract Manufacturing to ensure that all data cleansing activities are identified and completed according to schedule.

4. Work in conjunction with the Finance Change Agent for Contract Manufacturing and Project One-Up teams to determine training needs across all QTG copackers and QTG Contract Manufacturing staff. ?Coordinate with all relevant groups to complete the training on schedule.

5. Work in conjunction with the Finance Change Agent to develop and implement the QTG2 deployment schedule for all QTG copackers.

6. Determine role mapping needs for all QTG Contract Manufacturing staff.

7.Represent QTG Contract Manufacturing on the QTG Project One-Up Integration Team. ?Communicate relevant project updates from this team as well as the status of any other contract manufacturing related Project One-Up activities to QTG Contract Manufacturing senior leadership team.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
(List Education/Certification, Years of Experience, Functional Knowledge, Language/Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, etc.)
?BS in Engineering, Accounting or Finance
?5+ years QTG Contract Manufacturing, Finance or Supply Chain experience with ability to handle multiple complex priorities.
?Exceptional written and oral communication skills required. ?Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and negotiate with contract manufacturers.
?Demonstrated project management skills

?Solid functional knowledge of plant accounting functions, bill of materials and its design, production management understanding, batch ?lot traceability? execution understanding, understanding of co-packer data capture system, understanding of integration with existing co-packer data capture devices and future enhancement plans, understanding of raw material management, understanding of business/data reporting functions.
?Results focused with strong organizational and leadership skills to make things happen. ?Proven ability to work with several diverse teams simultaneously.
?Demonstrated capability in leading change management. Ability to facilitate work process changes effectively.
?Must be a highly motivated self starter and require minimal daily directions.
?Ability to work effectively with people in all levels and functions in the organization.
?Experience in performing financial analyses.
?Is comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project)
?Ability to travel to Chicago and other QTG locations (25%)
?Have responsibilities that can be backfilled 100% by Q3 2006 to meet Project One Up QTG2 time commitments.

Plan, execute, and monitor tasks across QTG Contract Manufacturing and across all functional areas to ensure a successful Contract Manufacturing QTG1/QTG2 SAP integration.
