 CitiFlex-Temporary Position

 

Provide Operations support for wholesale branch offices in a Customer Service oriented environment.  Provide prompt, courteous, and excellent customer service at an acceptable cost to all customers via phone and email.  Operate in accordance with State and Federal law, as well as, the company's statement of business practices, affirmative action, diversity and other standards. Actively cooperate and interact with all entities of CitiMortgage.

 

General duties would include:

 

?  Creation of documentation in the form of manuals for policies, procedures, and system applications.

?  Provide workflow guidance, loan pricing, systems support, and procedure and policy support. 

?  Act as a liaison between support units (i.e., branches, systems, pricing, IM, underwriting, etc.) and training programs to ensure successful integration.

?  Work closely with the Branch Support Supervisor and Nat'l Operations Training and Support Manager to develop operational strategies in union with channel production and profitability goals.

?  Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.

College degree or experience in mortgage banking. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication including organizational development and analytical skills. Must be able to work independently and be familiar with basic computer applications.
