JOB SUMMARY

 

The Client Care Manager is a collaborative position that identifies practices and programs to create client loyalty and enhance retention through a complete and positive Client Experience.

 

The CCM develops methods to obtain primary client information (surveys, focus groups), and uses input from front line client representatives to analyze trends and recommend improvements.  The Manager leads a small team of client care specialists.  This position is not a first line escalation for problems, although client contact will be part of the responsibilities. Internal relationships include business unit managers, operations leaders and client base marketing.

 Some of the Responsibilities include:

 

q Analyze service levels and interpret client challenges and needs versus current Paycor practices.

q Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience both short and long term and develop strategies to deliver increased value to clients.

q Engage in active client contact to develop data relating to the client experience and consult with client service groups to implement improvements.

q Translate client insights into strategies for improved client relationship performance.

q Support business growth and retention strategies with proactive recommendations based on identified client trends.

q Proactively identify developing trends, assess risks, and develop initiatives to address.

q Develop and maintain a year round client contact strategy.

q Communicate appropriately and effectively with all levels of the organization

o  With Client Care and Operations to clarify and prioritize programs and introduce new initiatives

o  Manage scope and communicate risks

 

 

 REQUIREMENTS 

 

q 4 year degree

q 5 or more years in Marketing, Market Research, Project Management or Client Service/Relationship Support role in a fast-paced B2B environment

q Strong verbal and written communications, including proven persuasion and presentation skills

q Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

q Results-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement and quality

q Strong listening and interpersonal skills

q Ability to multitask

q Able to identify and provide recommendations to solve business problems

q Able to understand trends and needs and link them to business objectives

q Exceptional negotiation, persuasion skills
