Client Implementation Manager – Software

Textura LLC is a business process service provider specifically for the construction industry. Textura's proprietary software solution brings together the construction community through Internet-enabled construction payment software. Our software services automate today?s manual, paperbound processes to significantly lower costs, improve communication and add visibility. Our software is highly configurable, allowing participants to specify how individual projects are managed. Purpose

This role will focus on individual large clients and their subs OR on several smaller clients and their subcontractors and will support technical trouble shooting, training preparation and delivery, project management, project set up and will use experiences in technology and application functionality, project set up and management, and change management to deliver client satisfaction.



Responsibilities

? Client-facing responsibilities including all aspects of implementing clients from bringing initial projects on-line to maintaining them over time. Will act as key client contact, will learn client issues and support clients entirely by leveraging Textura team.

? Will understand capabilities of Textura system and advise clients on how to most effectively use Textura, including modifying clients' existing processes and procedures. Will identify and escalate opportunities to improve the Textura system. Will work with Team Lead to define and prioritize select enhancements.

? Will be expected to consult Team Lead on strategic decisions, but will make key day-to-day decisions and their execution, will become directly responsible for project progress and expanding Textura's project base per client. Will identify and escalate additional project opportunities per client. Will work with Team Lead to bring new subs and other potential clients to Textura client base.

? The candidate must have the ability to travel as you will work on both client site and in the Textura office.

? Independent and able to work remotely with little supervision.

? Up to 40% travel



Requirements

? BS/BA

? 3-6 years (if requisite industry/functional/technical background fit) to post-graduate (or equivalent years of experience)

? Project management, process management, change management exposure

? Previous experience implementing software at client locations Business Generalist: variety of functional areas / industry experience / accountability levels

? Functional Experience: Accounting transactions/processes

? Basic Technology: Financial packages or other software applications, internet functionality, interface/conversion awareness, reporting capabilities

? Developing and delivering training

? Providing and accepting feedback and performance reviews

? Troubleshooting in a client environment

? Industry background (any of the following are acceptable): Construction/ Real Estate / Banking

? Troubleshooting in a client environment

? Must be analytical in nature and enjoy complex technological challenges while at the same time have excellent communication skills.

? Exceptional communication skills, detailed, organized and process-oriented

? Ability to learn quickly, take ownership of projects, multi-task and maintain a high standard of service and quality control.
