Client Service Specialist BCBSMI

JOB LOCATION: Candidate must reside and work at the client?s location on-site in MICHIGAN.
The successful candidate will build strong and positive client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction. As directed by AVP, Client Services, Director, Client Services and Account Director. Execute effective leadership of account service strategies on a day-to-day basis assuring clients have consistent results. Proactively identify and effectively resolve service performance issues. Works under limited supervision in a matrixed organization and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Experience: 3 -5 years related experience. Internal experience in 2 or more departments for a period of 1.5 years each. Previous experience in project management, and leading project teams required.

Education: 3 -5 years related experience. Internal experience in 2 or more departments for a period of 1.5 years each. Previous experience in project management, and leading project teams required.

Special Skills and Certifications: Outstanding knowledge of the health benefits arena, preferably in pharmacy benefits management. Effective communication and excellent customer service skills required. Proficient with personal computers and MS Office. Must have a valid driver?s license and required level of car insurance. Licensed pharmacist technician preferred. Some travel with overnight requirements may be necessary.
