Commercial Concrete Superintendent

*Qualified candidate should be VERY EXPERIENCED in all aspects of controlling assets of a large concrete construction company.

 

*Candidate has at a minimum of 7 years of field management of concrete construction: equipment, schedules, personnel and management of concrete construction materials.

Duties:

 

*Coordinate with existing management and supervisors in and around Austin through planning and evaluating project activities.


* Monitors all activities through daily reports from field via communicating procedure in place.


*Schedule all assets and materials to best efficiency

 

*Monitor and document progress by all crews

 

*Recruit best possible candidates for future employment ethically.

 

*Make sure all safety and company policies and procedures are followed by all field personnel.

 

*Communicating job expectations effectively to field personnel.

 

*Conduct appraisals of field personnel biannual.

 

* Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; audits;  determining system improvements; implementing approved change to procedures and policies.


*Maintaining personal networks by participating in professional organizations.
