Communications Analyst

- Benefits Website Management: manage ongoing functionality of benefits website and relationship with third party website vendor; act as communications expert in navigation, usability, and content management; write new content for Plan changes/updates; coordinate integration with outsourced HR Systems vendor.

- Annual Benefits Enrollment and Employee Wellness: assist communications manager in writing, editing, and distributing annual benefits and wellness communications; test HR systems for updated content; ensure new hire kits are accurate and current; interface with vendors to ensure website updates.

- Act as department liason in updating Summary Plan Descriptions: track and assess technical and legal changes; format and edit documents using content management system; develop and manage timeline; create, print and distribute final versions.

- Stock Option Campaigns: manage the production and distribution of annual grant packages and other communications; develop and write key messages; manage external vendors and costs; align Benefits Managers and Plan team on timeline; become expert in translation process.

- General writing and project management for Benefit Plan changes/updates: assist communications director and communications managers on recurring and non-recurring projects; prepare drafts, collect edits, assess input; manage final production and distribution.

- Train and support field Human Resources personnel on communication plans and reviews.

- Budget tracking and reconciliation: administer communication budget; provide reporting to management.

- Minimum BA/BS college degree.

- Minimum 2 to 4 years experience at medium or large corporation.

- At least six months experience working with web content and HTML.

- Strong computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel.

- Writing, editing and proofing experience a must.

- Some knowledge of employee benefits preferable.
