Domino's currently has an exciting career opportunity for a Corporate Regional Manager in the Santa Ana, Riverside California Market.
Responsibilities include: Conduct "pre-planned" coaching and mentoring of general managers, assistant managers and crew; conduct annual performance appraisals; provide professional development and career-track mentoring; achieve operational excellence in all stores using structured approach; identify, diagnose and resolve operational gaps in under-performing stores; take leadership role in market development activities; work with other team members to develop market business plans; financial oversight and review meetings; analyze and track key financial and operational data to derive meaningful business insights; administrative paperwork; weekly store visits.
Requirements: Proven success in managing others; minimum of 3-5 years management experience; associate or bachelor's degree preferred; strong leadership, financial analysis, and presentation skills; ability to empower store management; ability to coordinate and empower field support services; PC knowledge, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint; exceptional organizational, oral, written, motivational and customer service skills.
