Required education & experience:

minimum of 5 years management experience experience in a successful courier operation 4 year degree

 

Job Description & Required Skills:

 

  A successful Operations Manager must be strong leader who envisions his/her role as part of a larger team.  He or she will have excellent oral and written communications skills, be able to make small and large decisions effectively, and simultaneously manage a variety of resources and tasks.  Generally, the Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of our business and reports directly to the CEO.  More specifically, the Operations Manager oversees areas such as customer service, dispatch, profit/loss analysis, staff and driver recruitment and training, and enforcement of existing company policies and procedures.
