Preferred Custody is a business within the U.S. Private Bank that provides custodial services to high net worth individuals and families as well as small institutions. This includes transaction and asset reporting via monthly statements and the internet.

 

Managemet Responsibilities:Manages 5 clerical staff Acts as a team leader

Major Job Responsibilities:

 Oversee daily reconciliation of internal Concentration Account Perform Daily Risk review of prior days work.  Approve large dollar financial transactions. Manage volumes and staff overtime Research/resolve account officer and client inquiries, and interface with Custody Account Officers and Operations on a daily basis. Conduct periodic staff and operations meetings

 

Knowledge of PC's, Windows and other Microsoft products Ability to process large volumes accurately and in accordance with deadlines and policies Team player with excellent attention to details & ability to quickly adapt to changing environment and systems. Organizational skills Communication skills Detail Oriented BA/BS or equivalent experience required 1-2 years of experience required
