The ideal candidate will posses exceptional leadership traits, expert customer service skills, a vast knowledge of computing programs utilized in the everyday office environment such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and others. This candidate will have excellent multi tasking skills and will be able to perform duties at the highest level when it counts the most. This candidate will be able to oversee the work of a staff of 10 persons, delegate tasks appropriately, supervise completion of tasks daily, and provide reports on performance on a weekly basis. This candidate will posses excellent relationship building skills with a specialty in employee motivation.
