Customer Service Manager #0208

The Customer Service Manager (CSM) will report to the District Manager and is responsible for all Customer Service Center operations. The CSM supervises the district?s customer service representative and field service personnel. This position is located in Marysville.

 

Qualifications: College degree or equivalent water utility experience Grade II Water Treatment Certification required within one year Grade II Distribution Certification required within one year and Grade III must be acquired within two years Must be process oriented with excellent organizational skills Proven motivational leader with skills to mentor and develop personnel Computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Requires excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Commitment to excellent customer service

 

 

Primary Responsibilities: Supervise customer service and field service employees. Manage all customer service activities including service order tracking, Projects, cross connection control program, liaison to the city for sewer fee collection, water conservation program, collecting, meter inventory controls, accounts payable processing, customer service correspondence as well as daily bank deposits, filing and record keeping, reconciliations with CIS system meter reading, accounting, report preparation, payroll and monitoring for SOX compliance. The CSM must be a strong proponent and cheerleader for the Continuous Improvement program; participate in a service organization and work to achieve the Company's vision and goals. The CSM will share district on-call responsibilities and will be responsible for all district operations in the District Manager?s absence.
