As a Customer Service Manager in our St. Louis Market Center you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers as well as increasing base business sales, hiring, training and supervising all Route Personnel.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years customer service management experience. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business is essential. Previous experience in sales and route-based business is preferred.
