CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS MANAGER

 

Job Responsibilities:In a demanding, team environment, manage the service of high tech capital equipment at commercial customer sites, primarily financial institutions. Hire and develop capabilities of service technicians while managing and controlling performance and labor costs. Increase and maintain service business revenue through customer visitations, account strategy development, and improved customer satisfaction.Assure technical performance and quality goals are met or exceeded while implementing and monitoring key processes established by the team. Direct responsibility for revenue generation and budget.

 

Requirements:Minimum of a 2 year Technical Degree in Engineering, Systems, Business Administration or Management, or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of technical service experience Minimum 2 years operations and people management experience required Highly motivated, self directed individual with sound business skills Proven leadership, oral/written communication and problem solving skills Ability to work evenings and weekends when necessary
