Position Summary:

 

 

A Customer Support Team Manager supports the Account Manager staff in performing their tasks. The main objective of a Customer Support Supervisor is to coach the non-exempt staff to perform their jobs better.

 

Essential Functions:

 

 Manage/Improve individual Account Manager productivity in the areas of Quality and accounts collected.  Manage departmental queue to ensure the accounts are worked in a timely fashion.  Manage/improve team quality scores and collection percentages. 

 

Other Responsibilities:Performs other work related duties as assigned.

 

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

 

?  Minimum of one year experience in a Customer Support/Collections supervisory role. College degree preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required.
