Deputy Director, COO

National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, Inc. is an association that maintains high standards with a delivery of services through a recognized credentialing program that assures the competency of practitioners of therapeutic massage and bodywork. 

 

NCB is currently seeking an experienced candidate for the position of Deputy Director, COO in their Oakbrook Terrace, IL office.  The Deputy Director will oversee all activities relating to services and programs of NCB, working with the Executive Director, will be called upon to provide leadership in all matters concerning the operations of the organization to meet the goals and objectives and fulfill its mission.  The qualified applicant will also be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities at NCB.  The candidate in this position will also provide oversight on the entire certification and recertification process.

 

Qualified candidates will have at least three years of supervisory experience and a Master?s Degree with at least five years of experience in a non-profit organization. The candidate will be knowledgeable of the requirements of operating a non-profit organization in Illinois.  Possess strong leadership qualities.
