Director, Broadband Program Operations

This brand new role will be responsible for managing the delivery of TiVo broadband video services (marketed to consumers as TiVoCast and under the names of our programming partners such as CNET, the New York Times, etc.).

Responsibilities:

' Managing and coordinating all aspects of video service delivery, operations, traffic management, and reporting; from receiving source assets from programmers to distribution of those assets to consumer TiVo boxes
' Developing and maintaining the procedures and processes for broadband video services delivery, operations, traffic management, and reporting
' Developing and maintaining the requirements for the systems, tools, and network infrastructure required for 24-7 service delivery
' Working with engineering development teams to implement appropriate tools and systems required for the day-to-day management of broadband video services delivery
' Owning the operational dashboard, data management, traffic management, and reporting functions, with accountability to internal stakeholders and external partners.

' 7-10 years of experience managing high-volume, high-availability operations for a consumer-transaction oriented company, in the field of physical or digital logistics, e-commerce, or financial services
' Coordinated operations and service delivery across several functional areas and stakeholders including IT, Finance, Customer Support, Quality Assurance, and Engineering development
' Experience in identifying requirements for continuous enhancement and improvement, and managing the execution of those improvements
' A proven track record of thinking strategically and creatively combined with the ability to execute effectively and drive measurable results
' A strong quality and process oriented background; a 'Six Sigma' qualification, while not required, would be highly valued.
' An action-oriented leadership style; ability to make, communicate and take accountability for decisions; ability to lead and influence across multiple functional areas
' A degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or similar discipline
