Director, Client Marketing Operations

PRIMARY FUNCTION

 

Leads and coordinates the effective distribution and delivery of client data and information to the end-client, including all client mailing initiatives enterprise-wide, by ensuring strong vendor relationships, optimal processes and effective quality control between our vendors and internal departments so that our clients receive credible, reliable and timely communication in the most suitable format.

 PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES/BEHAVIORS

? Plan and manage the execution of all client mailings throughout the organization

? Manage vendor relationships relating to client mailings to ensure optimal service.

? Determine and implement ?next generation? of client information delivery across the board.

? Build an effective process incorporating controls, quality assurance and metrics within our vendor processes and our own.

? Collaborate across the organization to centrally coordinate the way in which we ?touch? our clients.

? Evaluate and consider new and other technologies that may be applied and incorporated into our processes.

? Take the lead in resolving issues before they become problems and communicate the resolution appropriately 

 MAJOR QUALIFICATIONS

? 5+ years experience in a marketing operations leadership role

? Proven experience with client mailings/communication and effective vendor relationships

? Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills

? Experience in SEC regulated industry operations a plus

? Strong analytical and process oriented experience

? Demonstrated curiosity about new processes, benchmarking current trends

? Experience with QC and QA standards
