Director Operations, RF /RFIC Electronics

Plan, direct and coordinate all operational entities and strategic initiatives for an RF /RFIC design and manufacturing facility.  Responsible for growth, management and P&L for RF product lines, including marketing, sales, development, engineering, manufacturing and customer service.  Develop and implement policies and procedures to meet established business objectives. Develop a comprehensive operational program related to short and long term goals, schedules and budgets. Responsible for the development of objectives for product-line growth and implement strategic initiatives to ensure the objectives are met. Delegate appropriate authority and responsibilities to subordinate managers and direct activities in the area of manufacturing, engineering, materials, sales, health and safety, human resources, information systems, finance and related functions. Work with field sales and business unit management to maximize growth and profitability of the business. Previous related operations management experience in an RF /RFIC technology environment with exposure to MMIC's, GaAs MESFET's, PHeMT, BiCMOS & Bipolar IC's /Transistor design /manufacturing processes and technologies an asset.  Degree in Engineering with MBA preferred.
