Director, Scoring Process Teams

The Director for the Scoring Process Teams will have the responsibility to direct all activities required to plan, process and deliver accurate and on-time scoring services according to customer requirements and shelf product specifications.  This leadership position is pivotal in providing overall Scoring coordination, technical knowledge, and management and business expertise to enable future company growth.

Required:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years production management background in a large operation. Ability to handle politically sensitive data, relationships with customers, especially when problems occur, and with other internal departments. Successful track record managing staff, directing complex processes, and meeting schedules and budgets. Outstanding management abilities, including budget experience, team-building skills, problem-solving abilities, staff professional development, and planning abilities. Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to apply them to a production environment. Strong customer-relations skills and demonstrated ability to foster positive, long-term customer relationships.
