Director, Six Sigma

Job Duties:  Responsible for supporting Six Sigma initiatives fostering a continuous improvement and customer satisfaction culture throughout the organization by leading and mentoring process improvements across a business segment. Requires working with all levels of the organization. This includes interaction with Business Unit senior management and supporting Business Unit personnel in execution the Six Sigma strategic plans. The individual will have responsibility to train, develop, and support a business transformation within a division or segment. This individual will team with business segment personnel to generate solutions for process improvement and will regularly communicate the teams operational and financial impact progress. Required to plan, organize, staff, lead and control activities pertaining to the process improvements of various products and services within a business designated business segment, ensuring customer satisfaction in cost, delivery and quality. This position also requires leadership ability to coordinate the talents of employees utilizing a team oriented environment achieving world class status in process and services. This position has responsibility for improving process metrics of cycle time, lead time, revenue generation, cost reduction and quality improvements. 

Candidate Requirements:  Bachelor Degree Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in a business environment. Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.  Certified Lean Manufacturing Specialist.
