Director of Branch Operations

A growing regional staffing company currently has an outstanding career opportunity for a Director of Branch Operations. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years management experience managing a multi-office, multi-state operation with a proven track record. Strong PC skills required.

 

Job duties will include but are not limited to:

 Strategic planning. Implementing and adhering to a budget. Developing targets and goals for individual employees and each branch location. Overseeing communication with employees. Notifying employees of current company programs, policies, regulations, and procedures. Notifying employees of their employment status and performance. Creating, maintaining and providing applicable daily, weekly and monthly reports to Executive Management and other related personnel. Conducting an analysis and survey to evaluate the efficiency of operations and providing Executive Management with recommendations for improvement. Ensuring the organizational structure is capable of handling the stated goals and is staffed with qualified personnel to reach those goals. Working closely with Human Resources pertaining to employee relations issues, staffing, training, etc. Assisting in the selection & recommendation of personnel for staff positions. Measuring stated employee performance/productivity levels to ensure staff development. Reprimanding and terminating employees who do not meet company standards. Supporting Sales & Marketing efforts by helping to develop an effective operational strategy to meet the defined objectives and improve overall profitability.
