Director of Construction/Development

Discovery Communities, LLC. a national leader in the development of ?world class? senior living communities (HQ Bonita Springs, Florida) has an opportunity for a Director of Construction/Development reporting directly to the CEO.

This position requires 5+ years of Residential/Commercial construction management experience with either a GC license or a 2/4 year degree in Building Construction Management.

Qualified candidates must possess the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients and other employees as well as having a working knowledge of both construction and entitlement processes in Florida. Computer proficiency required (Word, Excel + Microsoft Project). Must be self starter that is energetic with excellent communication skills & a positive attitude.

Some travel is required. Excellent starting salary ($80K ? $90K depending upon experience) and up to a 20% yearly bonus, auto allowance, and full benefit package offered. Please send resume to:
