The job -

We?re looking for a solutions-oriented individual with 4-10 years of related experience to manage the Comverge Florida Group?s current activities and projected growth, supporting the policies, goals and objectives established by our COO and Board of Directors. Your job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following activities:Managing a team of 15-25 technical professionalsProviding guidance to management regarding financial aspects of the group?s products and servicesDirecting preparation of short- and long-term plans and budgetsOverseeing executives who direct activities within the various support departmentsCreating the structure and processes necessary to support the organization?s business objectives

Qualifications ?

In addition to 4-10 years of related experience, the successful candidate will have a Master?s degree or equivalent (or equivalent combination of experience and education). You should also demonstrate the following:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesThe ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations and permutationsAbility to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory and factor analysisExceptional, broad-based computer skillsSolid management and interpersonal capabilities
