Director of Pricing

Key Role: Enhance Booz Allen’s competitiveness and profitability by bringing the full capabilities of the institution to bear for our clients across government and industry. Maintain responsibility for all pricing activities with a significant focus on leveraging proposal activities to capture market lessons learned and analyzing the implications to our proposal strategy, business pipeline, and financial performance. Work with leaders in the business and seniors within the an internal team to establish the strategic vision for the pricing organization and create the objectives and agenda that will ensure that the organization achieves its goals.



Basic Qualifications:


-10+ years of experience with executive level leadership


-10 years of experience in a government contracting environment


-Experience with leading a global pricing organization or team


-BA or BS degree required 


 


Additional Qualifications:


-Experience with working in a professional services environment


-BA or BS degree in Business, Finance, or Economics; MA or MS degree a plus


-Experience with government contracting, FAR, regulatory compliance, and business development with public or private sector clients


-Ability to lead a large team, develop leaders, staff, and functional experts, and model superior customer service


-Ability to create a strategic vision and motivate others to help realize the intended outcomes
