Director of Sales and Operations

Company Information: 

 

Company is a small interior design, home staging and home furnishings business.  Our business is focused primarily in the luxury home markets in Scottsdale and the East Valley.  The parent company is a successful independent boutique real estate, property management, and vacation rental business.  Many of the sales leads and business comes from the parent company. 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

- sell and grow the current book of business 

- set up meetings with Realtors who may need Staging services for their homes

- set up meetings with Home Owners who may need Interior Design services

- assist the companies Interior Designers in fulfilling on their design and staging projects

- participate in the local Real Estate Boards as an affiliate and market the companies capabilities to members

- manage all operations and logistics of the design and staging business

- schedule and oversee all design and staging implementations

- direct and oversee the relationship with alll furniture rental companies

- organize and track the companies inventory of furniture, home furnishings and accessories.

- work with the company's current bookeeper to track all invoices and expenses

- assist the designers with sending out all contracts 

 

Job Requirements:

 

- Sales Experience (1 - 3 years minimum)

- Business Management Experience (2 - 5 years minimum)

- Must live near either the East Valley or Scottsdale
