District Maintenance Manager

As a  District Maintenance Manager, your primary objective is to provide leadership to branches in standardizing and optimizing maintenance processes, service revenue, and safety. The District Maintenance Manager is responsible for communicating, implementing, and monitoring key Corporate and Regional objectives, plans and strategies. Specifically, you will:

 Identify and apply internal and external resources to accomplish goals Lead, communicate, and implement all corporate and regional objectives, policies, and procedures related to Maintenance and Safety Support all aspects of customer retention and growth objectives Measure processes to ensure that branches are meeting and exceeding customer expectations Monitor operational expenditure and revenue, implementing action to achieve or improve upon approved budgets while maintaining quality standards Responsible for all maintenance related assets, costs and controls Identify manpower requirements and assist in recruiting capable staff Is responsible for implementation and compliance of all Safety related activities and measures Audit processes and facilities to ensure that facilities and work processes are safe

Requirements:High School degree required College degree preferred Extensive Equipment Fleet Maintenance and leadership experience 5 + years in a Service leadership role Excellent technical knowledge of specifications and applications. Strong knowledge of maintenance accounting and P&L Knowledgeable in most Microsoft applications and systems (Wynne System) Must be Result Oriented with Ability to Influence Others Performance Management and Coaching Skills
