Division Operations Manager

National Construction Rentals is the leading provider in the portable services industry. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized Division Operations Manager located in Montebello, CA. Candidates should come from the transportation, construction, manufacturing and rental industries. We provide temporary fence, storage containers and sanitation products and services.
This position is responsible for all activities (sales, P&L, operations, safety, etc.) within the Division, which consists of three large regional offices located in Montebello and Santa Ana. You will manage three Regional Managers to assure adherence to Company policies and standard operating procedures
Annual compensation with base and annual performance bonus will be around $120, 000.00 DOE.
Essential Job Functions
? Manage, review and audit the operational and sales functions of the Division.
? Review and examine accounting compliance and accuracy.
? Maintain and improve safety and training in each region.
? Review people plan per region on an annual basis for budgeted compliance to strategic plan.
? Manage division fleet utilization, assets and inventory strategic plan on an annual basis, and strategically plan sales, P&L, and capital expenditures.
? Oversee and review all staffing.
? Lead entire Division to be in compliance with Company?s strategic initiatives.
? Develop, train and lead Regional Managers.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position directly supervises 2 Regional Managers and assigned Division administrative staff, which includes an Administrative Assistant, Trainer, Sales Manager, Special Events Coordinator and Safety/QC Coordinator.
Education
B.A. degree in Business preferred or Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
