Job Description
Title: Shift Supervisor
Location: Logon Boston International Airport Duties
Rate of Pay: $13.00 to $15.00 per hour
2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE
1. Swing Shift Supervisor
2. 3rd Shift Supervisor
Hours of work: dependent on flight schedule
1. Responsible for the supervision, direction and monitoring of personnel to ensure our customers and airline passengers are receiving the best possible service.
2. Responsible to ensure personnel comply with established rules and regulations.
3. Plan and coordinate operational activities and communicate with other location personnel and corporate staff.
4. Responsible to ensure the protection and security of customers', passengers and company property at all times.
5. Ensure quality service is provided in all areas of responsibility including facilities, customer handling, equipment and appearance of personnel.
6. Responsible for maintaining records, completing reports and any other administrative support required by General Manager.
7. Reports directly to General Manager
Minimum Qualifications
1. High school diploma or GED.
2. Prior experience working in an airport or a customer service environment
3. Prior Supervisory/management experience of at least 2 years
4. US Citizen or authorized to work in the US
5. Ability to speak/read and write English fluently
Physical Requirements
1. Ability to stand/walk throughout shift (6 to 8 hours)
2. Ability to twist/bend/reach
3. Ability to speak/read and write English fluently
4. Ability to communicate precisely and clearly
