EAI Application Support- Support the TIBCO-based applications that are developed and rolloed out to production for divisional projects. Performa operational support (of production and non-production environments) and manage ?the support and production operational process in terms of functional application support and build management in the TIBCO landscape. Provide mentoring and on-boarding to new projcet teams to come onto the TIBCO landscape by providing direction on how and when various TIBCO components and applications should be launched with the business priorities in context.

Develop, operationalize and manage the TIBCO application support process. Accountable for ensuring the reliable support process flow and co-ordination with all cross-functional teams across the enterprise.
May perform application code enhancements such as architecture, development, design, test and support.
Develop and manage a repeatable process and standards for Configuration/Build/Release/Migration/Deployment mgt of TIBCO based Common Services in the right physical environments (platform & version upgrades).
Develop and manage a repeatable process and standards for Common Services Support Model (like SLAs, OLAs, RTOs, RPOs, Peregrine SCIMS, Contacts DB, Escalation procedures, TAB, CAB etc for PBSG customers including problem/incident/change management (RIC).
Serve as a Primary/Secondary support staff in a rotation schedule by acquiring the technical knowledge. Manage the Peregrine incident queue and monitor the health of our systems.
Develop and publish metrics and status reports on production issues and root causes (expected hourly volumes, peak loads for each type of transaction, CPU/Memory usage, throughput, development, reuse, operational, transactional, up time/down time, MTTR, # of Defects).
Interact with all stakeholders to understand business and technology imperatives and validate the application business SLAs, architecture, design, functionality and support process to effectively manage customer expectations.
