ERA Director, Transitions

Leads the ERA transition team in opening and orienting new franchisees into the ERA network.  This position is the primary point of contact for ERA Senior Management on all transition strategies/issues.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 
Develop and direct strategic delivery of transition process to all new franchisees
Set and periodically review long-range objectives for transition process
Interact with ERA senior management and servicing teams to ensure smooth transition of new member brokers into the ERA System
Reduce time between execution memo and actual opening date to increase revenues; aim to open offices on or ahead of effective date
Ensure customer satisfaction from impact day forward 
Assist in the seamless transition from impact date to respective service counterpart
Generate enthusiasm about joining ERA by communicating products, tools, systems, education, etc.
Assist in the development and the ongoing enhancements to many the ERA programs and the Franchise Sales Training Program
Participate in and/or deliver VIP presentations for ERA prospects
Maintain effective liaison with Merrill Corp so as to keep all transition printed materials updated and sufficient supplies on hand to meet reasonable projected requirements.
Maintain current the master copy of the ERA Competitive Edge (CE) presentation (PowerPoint and Word elements).  Coordinate updates with corporate departments.  Significant updates of tools and systems will be incorporated into the PowerPoint presentation within 30 days of their introduction and release and the updates made available to all ERA personnel immediately.
Solicit updates to CE from departments monthly and incorporate changes as per previous paragraph.
Be knowledgeable of all ERA systems and able to train them effectively
Thoroughly address with new affiliates the importance of making timely and accurate payments
Incorporate ERA corporate Wildly Important Goals (WIGS) into all transition strategies

 

Qualifications:

 

Stellar platform, presentation, and training skills are a MUST!!!!

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point

Knowledge of Internet/Web Based applications

Undergraduate degree required

5 ? 7 years real estate experience desired

Leadership and management skills

Ability to travel up to 70% of the time

Knowledge of ERA tools and systems a plus
