About the Position.
We are seeking an event/meeting planner to handle all aspects of our leadership summits (onsite and virtual). We are interested in a self-driven performer with solid event planning experience who can be a key part of our team. The candidate must meet the requirements below. This is a key position with many opportunities for advancement. We offer a competitive salary and full medical benefits for the right candidate. You can be in any city (not location dependent and even home-based is a possibility so long as you have good work ethics and a high speed internet connection).

 

Requirements.


Experienced program manager. Negotiate pricing for meeting room space, catering, audio visual and room specifications. Manage the event budget, as required. Recruit and book speakers. Maintain speaker and venue database. Communicate schedules, logistical information and job requirement specifications to marketing managers and executive staff. Order public program materials, as necessary. Maintain weekly program(s) status and date changes.  Document and update Program Projections. Interact with speakers. Contact hotel representatives for final program invoices. Collect Consultant expenses.  Document all program related expenses.
