Executive Assistant

Integra LifeSciences Corporation is a world leader in pioneering superior quality surgical instruments and medical devices. Presently we have an opening for a proactive, yet discrete Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO at our corporate office.

 

The ideal candidate will have had experience interfacing with senior management in a busy corporate environment.  This individual will also represent the CEO in many dealings outside the company so the ability to demonstrate discretion and sensitivity are key.

 

To quality you must have executive presence, excellent verbal and written skills to successfully interact with all levels of our employee population as well our Board of Directors, private investors and investment bankers.  You will need to be extremely organized and accountable, and look forward to taking on increased responsibilities with the initiative to learn how to effectively accomplish them. 

 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

 Manage hectic executive calendars and coordinate extensive travel schedules, including some personal travel and meeting arrangements. Proactively resolve scheduling issues and conflicts affecting the CEO?s  and COO?s calendar

 Independently manage special projects including the coordination of cocktail and dinner events, our Annual shareholder meetings as well as investor and financial analyst meetings.  Schedule and actively coordinate our Quarterly Earnings events.   

 Compose and execute general correspondence and proposals, review mail, screen phone calls, copy, fax, and prepare outgoing packages

 Professionally handle investor relations calls and direct them appropriately

 Transcribe dictation and meeting minutes  and distribute as is appropriate

 Coordinate all conference requests and planning including, presentation materials, webcasting, and hotel/catering arrangements.

 Update and post press releases. Maintain and publish events to the Integra Investor Relations webpage.  Post all events to website using CCBN publishing tool, monitor website to insure events are posted properly.

 

Education:  AA degree plus 4-5 years experence or without a degree 7-8 years experence
