Now more than ever is an exciting time to join the Empire Education Group Operations Team. Not only are we the largest nationally recognized cosmetology institution with 37 schools across 9 states, we are experiencing positive growth and great opportunities.
You will be responsible for the overall general operations, administration and management of the Richmond, Virginia Empire Beauty School campus. Manages full P&L responsibility for school operations to meet/exceed budgeted revenue and EBITDA, while holding costs to within budgeted levels. Drives revenue and profitability by managing leads, enrollments, starts, retention, attendance, clinic sales, licensure and for maintaining an appropriate school environment for student success.
The necessary requirements include a proven P&L and sales management track record. Excellent leadership, communications and customer service skills. Ability to excel in a high growth, fast paced environment. Bachelors? degree in business or related field required. Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years management experience with heavy emphasis on P&L, sales, operations and customer service management.
We offer an attractive benefits package and a base compensation of 60-65K plus a bonus opportunity based on Company and individual performance.
