Summary:

 

Reply! Inc. is a dynamic and fast paced Internet e-commerce Company currently located in Walnut Creek, CA, and moving to a 40,000 sq. ft. office in San Ramon.  We are currently seeking a full-time Facilities Supervisor to join our team.  This position will be responsible for planning and managing all facilities related functions for our Corporate Office as well as other owned/leased properties of Reply! Inc. Initially, this position will focus on all aspects of the upcoming relocation of our Corporate Offices to San Ramon, CA.  This move is scheduled to take place late this year.

 

Responsibilities:Tactical pre-move planning, analyze and negotiate contracts with key vendors including moving companies, phone companies, and furniture suppliers.Oversee contractors/ work with Building Management for all facility related projects and maintenanceMaintain phone systems and ensure timely set up for newly hired employeesPrepare bid summaries, plan, budget & schedule procurements, while complying with established purchasing policiesMake sound recommendations:  generate innovative ideas and solutions to problems; offer Company multiple options to achieve desired results; make decisions that maximize return on investmentWork collaboratively with all business units;  share information; facilitate the discussion and resolution of different views, promote teamwork, work for the best solution, maintain positive attitude in challenging or complex situations, maintain positive working relationship with outside vendors.Maintain thorough understanding of organizational priorities and the business reasons for them; understands day to day operations of the business; look for strategic opportunities to impact organizations success.

 

Requirements:Exceptional communication skills; this position will be in regular communication with all levels with in the organization.Minimum of 5 years of Facilities Management experience, including negotiating contracts with key vendorsAdaptable; handle day to day work challenges confidently. Willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid changeMust have previous experience managing all aspects of an office relocation of 150+ peopleBachelors degree required
