Facilities Leader

The Facilities Leader reports to the Director, US Company Restaurant facilities and supports the Company Operations Restaurants in ensuring all equipment and facilities are in compliance with standards and operating properly while meeting budget requirements.


Manages external vendors to insure BKC standards while obtaining cost savings, quality, and service

Designs and implemens cost reduction programs at the local level

Manages external contracts and vendors

Ensures proper timing of payments to external contractors and vendors

Advises/analyzes equipment replacement initiatives and major capital projects

Maintains equipment and facilities of Company Restaurants

Works with Directors in prioritizing and analyzing the replacement of existing equipment, kitchens, or exterior building structures

Qualifications
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required, some college/Associates Degree preferred

Certification in Refrigeration Reclamation

Five years field experience in refrigeration and air conditioning

Valid driver's license required

Skills:

Demonstrates advanced knowledge of restaurant equipment, HVAC, refrigeration.

Demonstrates advanced knowledge of restaurant operations

Demonstrates advanced organizational skills

Demonstrates advanced communication skillsl

Has developed knowledge and skills in own discipline; still acquiring higher level skills

Effectively conducts analysis and makes recommendations

Expands fundamental knowledge in own discipline; broadens skills and gains awareness of other disciplines
