Facilities Manager, 27055

World Wildlife Fund (WWF), the global conservation organization, seeks a successful Facilities Manager for local operations.  In collaboration with Director, position oversees efficient and effective facility operations including service delivery, operating and capital budgets, competitive goods and services purchasing, and preventive maintenance and space management.  As appropriate, Manager will develop disaster recovery, fleet management, and security protocols for field offices and serve as a resource.

 

Interested candidate should demonstrate success in facility and project management, solid application of budgeting and cost benefits analyses, and working knowledge of current practices and relevant regulations.  Strong communication and negotiation skills, flexible and problem-solving approach to decision-making and interest in green technologies required.  Bachelor?s degree in business plus at least 5-7 years of progressive responsibility in a facility management position required.  CFM designation as plus.
