Facility Manager

The Facility Manager will report to the Director of Operations and be overall responsible for the maintenance, construction, housekeeping and upkeep of a 100,000 + square foot corporate office for Michael C. Fina which also includes a call center, production operation and distribution center.

 

The Facility Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a Team of 10 ? 15, which include professional Maintenance Associates, skilled Construction Team Member and Housekeeping staff.

 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to the success of this position.  Internal reporting to senior management and the ability to display and disseminate data in small and large group formats required.  Experience in managing the vendor selection process and all vendor relations are essential.

 

The Facility Manager will also be responsible for the Corporate Safety Program and conducting corporate wide training.

 

Candidates should possess a 4 year degree and have a proven track record in a similar environment.  All resume should be submitted with salary requirements.
