Franchise Services Manager

The Franchise Services Manager serves as primary contact to the Wyndham Hotel Group Franchisees for the Days Inn Brand. This role is a brand specific liaison to the franchise community, providing one on one operational support for each franchisee within an assigned region.  The Franchise Services Manager works to maintain our "24 not an hour more" service standard to facilitate resolutions for Brand, Industry, and property specific concerns.  Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Developing and enhancing relationships with internal and external customers, working towards maintaining a greater level of communication and client trust, thereby improving our Company's insight and ability to better serve our customers needs
Assist in the integration process of all new property openings, utilizing our resources to insure a successful transition into the Brand
Support key division initiatives, fostering a "team" environment, which strives towards the common division goal of providing "World Class Service"



The qualifications for this job include, but are not limited to:


 
A college degree and/or equivalent work experience in the Hospitality/Hotel industry.
Minimum 3-5 years property level management experience in various departments (sales, FO, F&B, etc.) at various levels (SM, DOS, FD, AGM, GM or Regional).
Basic PC skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of hotel operating systems.
Ability to multi-task and work in a high stress environment.
