Magazine seeks Franchise Support Field Representative to support the long-term growth of the Mainland organization and the requirements of Maui Wowi Hawaiian franchise operators in our event, retail, and kiosk business models nationwide.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Franchise Support Manager will provide proactive professional coaching in a team-oriented process environment focused on franchise operator business development. In addition the ideal candidate will be a resource for information in response to inquiries about products, contracts, and daily operations. Responsibilities include relationship management with franchise operators, P&L reporting, distribution, communication and process development for franchise operators, equipment and lease negotiations, and brand/marketing compliance. We need to add to our team a candidate that possesses excellent interpersonal skills, detailed oriented, multi-tasking capability, and has proven initiative, creativity and customer service experience.
