We are looking for an energized, talented, and self-motivated individual to fill the role of General Manager in Inver Grove Heights, MN.  This position is responsible for ensuring long-term profitable growth by increasing same store sales volume and operating the most cost effective Direct Store Distribution (DSD) operations.  Position has direct responsibility for:
Managing DSD to maximize customer satisfaction and gross margin contributions while controlling operating expenses. 
Directing, planning, organizing, and leading the operations teams.
Operating the most cost efficient DSD utilizing sound knowledge of routing efficiencies. 
Working with sales to ensure effective implementation of sales initiatives and correct signage.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus 5 years progressive management experience with 2-3 years in Consumer Goods with DSD.
Knowledge  of expense management concepts and principles.
Experience managing complex operations or departments - including direct management of personnel.
Working knowledge of employment law, DOT, OSHA, and other safety environmental, and governmental standards.
Sound understanding of the principles of distribution and the application of standards to these functions.
Experience managing and leading a flex/seasonal workforce.
